Requirements
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles in cybersecurity.
- Solid experience in application security or red teaming.
- Experience with GCP and AWS security.
- Security experience with applications built in Python, Go, and Java.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in hypergrowth environments.
- Experience with AI security and LLMs (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST (highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cortex, Netskope, JumpCloud (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Design organization-wide AI security strategy (prompt injection, harness security, guardrails).
- Lead cybersecurity strategy with focus on SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST compliance.
- Manage a team across AppSec, ProdSec, SecOps, IAM, and GRC.
- Own department budget, headcount, and tools.
- Drive security transformation and cross-functional partnerships with Finance, AI, and Platform teams.
- Execute and maintain incident response plans, BCP/DRP, and pentesting programs.
