Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture.
- 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions on core infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology including decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure.
- Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating requirements into implementation plans.
- Proven experience working directly with clients to communicate technical concepts and business objectives.
- Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding, and drive success on Arbitrum.
- Proactively identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams.
- Relay feedback from projects and the developer community to the Product team to inform roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve core protocol and application-layer platform features.
- Own developer success by assisting application teams with technical challenges and integration efforts.
