Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, BA/Admin hybrid, or similar CRM-focused role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including data model configuration, flows, validation rules, security concepts, and reporting tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with release and deployment tools such as Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, Salesforce CLI, or change sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired future-state workflows.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, managing scope, priorities, and expectations across Salesforce initiatives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the delivery backlog, ensuring clarity, readiness, and alignment with business needs.
  • Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions using configuration tools such as objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and reporting features.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to define and support scalable solutions, including integrations and more complex technical designs when needed.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities, including sprint planning support, dependency tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution coordination, issue triage, and validation of fixes.
  • Support release management activities such as documentation, release notes, and user communications.
  • Assist with data mapping, integration requirements, and data quality initiatives across CRM workflows.
