Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing or test engineering roles.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA principles, and software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing in Linux and Windows environments.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Python, C#, or similar).
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., UFT, Coded UI, or similar frameworks).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and defect tracking systems.
Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Lead test strategy and execution across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for complex applications.
Analyze business requirements and system architecture to define effective test approaches and coverage.
Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
Execute manual and automated tests, document results, and perform root cause analysis for identified defects.
Collaborate with Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with developers, system engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue identification and resolution.
Support automation framework development and contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and test optimization.
Evaluate product quality and support release readiness decisions.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
