Job Details

Strong engineering fundamentals and experience shipping scalable, reliable production systems.
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
Ability to think in systems: define specs, plan, verify, and close quality loops.
Experience with Postgres or similar database technologies.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
Strong automation capabilities and demonstrated AI fluency.
Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous environment.
Experience with Functional Programming languages (e.g., Elixir, Erlang, Scala) is a plus.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) is a plus.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Lead the development of major team-scoped projects and participate in cross-team initiatives.
Actively participate in product work: provide feedback and suggest technical improvements.
Maintain a deep understanding of the team's domain.
Provide constructive feedback via code reviews and contribute to shared codebases.
Debug and resolve complex technical and business issues.
Participate in non-team activities like hiring, RFC discussions, and support rotations.
Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers.
Investigate, propose, and implement platform improvements.
Redesign engineering workflows to use autonomous agents as the default execution layer.
Build reusable agentic workflows and verification loops (tests/checks/evals) for scalability.
