Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Fx, and component libraries.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, including complex automation.
- Solid experience with Dataverse data modeling and security roles.
- Strong integration skills using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and custom connectors.
- Experience with CI/CD and ALM practices using Azure DevOps.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Microsoft PL-400 certification.
- English proficiency at B1+ level.
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing sprint execution, task distribution, and backlog prioritization.
- Conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical retrospectives.
- Mentoring and onboarding junior and mid-level developers.
- Defining and maintaining development standards and solution structures.
- Designing and implementing low-code enterprise architectures.
- Establishing environment strategy and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrating solutions with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements into technical specifications.
