Requirements
- French C2 Proficient (spoken and written)
- English B2 Upper-intermediate
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to work rotating shifts Monday–Sunday
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end customer support for product and service related requests
- Guide customers on correct usage of household appliances
- Manage complaints by identifying root causes and applying resolution steps
- Document interactions accurately in internal systems
- Respond to customer contacts via phone, email, and chat within service targets
- Troubleshoot common issues using knowledge base articles and standard checklists
- Process refunds/exchanges and update order details in internal tools
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team
- Follow up on open cases until closure and confirmation
