Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects
- Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
- Expertise using C# and .NET or Java with test frameworks
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
- Ability to set up a test automation framework from scratch
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot)
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders
- Ability to articulate business outcomes
- Experience with coaching and mentoring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint
- Ensure Core Values are reflected within the project and QA teams
- Perform automated and API testing for complex applications
- Locate and document edge cases and propose modifications to acceptance criteria
- Document plans for anticipated risks and blockers
- Serve as a technical SME in the sprint
- Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates
- Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint reviews
