Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- 6+ years of experience as a backend Software Engineer.
- Established track record of working in startups.
- Coding experience in TypeScript or Python.
- Strong experience with Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL.
- Expert in writing maintainable code with unit and integration tests.
- Hands-on experience with backend performance optimization.
- Demonstratable experience using AI code development tools.
- Knowledge of AI LLMs, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks (huge plus).
- Experience working with cloud service providers.
Responsibilities
- Apply a data-driven approach to identify emerging cybersecurity fraud trends.
- Develop ideas for new products or features and execute proof of concepts.
- Utilize AI coding tools to solve customer pain points.
- Participate in the full development cycle from design to deployment.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.
- Work with microservice architecture and containerized services.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and customer-facing teams.
