Requirements
- Proficiency in agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor Agent).
- Expertise in context engineering and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong background in Golang, Java, or Kotlin; familiarity with PHP.
- Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems and large-scale web applications.
- Solid experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Architect context pipelines for AI agents.
- Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable.
- Design and maintain agent-ready systems with comprehensive test suites.
- Serve as an AI Champion and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices.
- Drive migration from a legacy monolith to microservices.
- Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, and database schema.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-value problems and drive technical direction.
