Responsibilities
- Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows.
- Lead the migration of remaining monolithic components to a microservices architecture.
- Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage for critical services.
- Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making.
- Improve CI/CD artifacts to support squad efficiency and deployment processes.
- Refine existing code for efficiency, security, and maintainability.
- Propose and implement initiatives to drive squad improvements.
- Improve observability capabilities for platform health.
