Requirements

- Experience working in a small team, startup, or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Experience with end-to-end development and full lifecycle development.
- Proven technical expertise in system design and scalable architecture.
- Experience managing technical debt and performance optimization.
- Experience making pragmatic trade-offs to balance timelines and outcomes.
- Hands-on familiarity with Node.js, Next.js, React, Relay, GraphQL, Apollo-GraphQL, Postgres, and Heroku.
Responsibilities
- Transition seamlessly between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and make architectural decisions for the team.
- Take a leadership role in resolving complex system challenges.
