Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the mapping, distribution, and technical coordination of tasks within ServiceNow development teams based on best practices.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related platforms.
  • Architect and plan Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban), translating user stories into technical execution plans.
  • Oversee development and automation of business processes and services within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable integration with external systems and services.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
