Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mapping, distribution, and technical coordination of tasks within ServiceNow development teams based on best practices.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related platforms.
- Architect and plan Agile sprints (Scrum/Kanban), translating user stories into technical execution plans.
- Oversee development and automation of business processes and services within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to enable integration with external systems and services.
- Support the team in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
