Job Details

Solid experience in software development using Python in production environments.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.
Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
Familiarity with asynchronous programming, concurrency, or task queues is a plus.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Exposure to PostgreSQL and modern backend architectures is desirable.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) is a plus.
Interest or experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems is a strong differentiator.
Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to work in collaborative environments.

Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications and backend services using Python.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
Create and maintain automation scripts and support RPA initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Write and execute automated tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Work with relational databases, applying SQL queries and ensuring efficient data management.
Participate in code reviews, Git workflows, and collaborative development practices.
Contribute to technical discussions, sprint planning, and alignment meetings with the development team.
Follow engineering best practices, including clean code principles, documentation, and version control.
