- Extensive experience within NetSuite standard and advanced ARM module and Suitebilling
- Experience in end-to-end implementations in NetSuite
- Proficient in SuiteBilling and ARM setup including billing accounts, subscription plans, and pricebooks
- Experience with usage and recurring billing use cases
- Experience with data migration related to billing and revenue recognition
- Understanding of Salesforce to NetSuite billing integration
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Understand client subscription terminology
- Gather requirements
- Configure and test NetSuite ARM and Suitebilling modules
- Lead client through end-to-end implementation processes
- Train end users
- Implement and onboard new customers onto Suitebilling/NetSuite
- Manage Salesforce to NetSuite billing integration
- Support remote-first operations and digital workflows
