Requirements
- Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and advanced data manipulation using Pandas and SQL.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Experience in building KPIs and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and platforms such as BigQuery or SAS, as well as cloud environments.
- Experience with data integration, pipeline validation, and requirements gathering with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile, prototyping, and waterfall development methodologies.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with PySpark, HTTP requests, and statistical concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform data storytelling to non-technical audiences.
- English proficiency and strong analytical mindset are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and load data from diverse internal and external sources to support analytical and process mining initiatives.
- Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into data models, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
- Develop integrations between platforms and support the construction of end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation, testing, and review of datasets and pipelines.
- Build and enhance dashboards and BI platforms using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Support ETL processes and data transformation workflows across cloud and analytics environments.
- Contribute to data governance, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accuracy of analytical outputs.
