Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software QA, including 3+ years in test automation for web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, C#, and Page Object Model design patterns.
- Proven experience in API testing and automation (REST and SOAP), using tools such as ReadyAPI or SoapUI.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and test management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience with SQL (MySQL, SQL Server) for data validation.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Reqnroll.
- Demonstrated ability to own and maintain regression suites and automation pipelines.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools in QA automation.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web-based and API-driven applications.
- Build, maintain, and optimize regression test suites and automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Define and implement automation test strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable reporting.
- Lead improvements in QA automation processes, tools, and environments.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to QA team members.
- Ensure rapid response to changing requirements by adapting automation frameworks.
