Requirements
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, counseling, or related program management.
- Outstanding, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Experience building relationships and providing guidance to adult learners or job seekers.
- Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format.
- High level of technical proficiency and ability to adapt to new tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with learners up to 6 hours per week.
- Offer 4-6 hours of office hours availability per week.
- Share weekly asynchronous updates and participate in bi-weekly pod meetings.
- Track coaching meeting notes and update monthly job search status for all learners.
- Respond to all learner Slack and email communications within 24 hours.
- Provide resume and LinkedIn profile feedback using standardized rubrics.
