Requirements
- Proven functional experience with Oracle NetSuite in implementation and/or support projects.
- Experience working with SuiteSuccess methodology.
- Strong ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and propose structured functional solutions.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects with end-to-end delivery exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset.
- Ability to document functional specifications and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis (fit/gap) sessions with clients to understand operational needs and define solution requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional NetSuite solutions aligned with best practices and SuiteSuccess methodology.
- Configure and customize NetSuite systems, including Financial First Standard and Premium implementations.
- Support localization projects (e.g., BRHUB and Brazil localization requirements) to ensure compliance and operational fit.
- Define and support data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of transferred information.
- Prepare functional specifications for integrations and development activities.
- Support testing cycles, including SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Assist in go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization to ensure successful adoption.
- Produce functional documentation and deliver end-user training sessions.
