Requirements

- Experience teaching or supporting ITSM platforms, application development tools, or service portals.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools, particularly LLMs.
- Experience with content creation and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Camtasia, CapCut).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions for beginner and intermediate-level audiences.
- Design and structure comprehensive learning paths.
- Develop practical labs, real-world case studies, and assessments.
