Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Python on the backend.
- Strong experience with React on the frontend.
- Basic to solid understanding of databases and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience maintaining and improving existing products.
- Ability to identify issues, debug effectively, and deliver clean, practical fixes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a product-minded approach.
- Sensitivity to UI/UX and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development and maintenance of an existing software product.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported during onboarding and daily usage.
- Implement UI/UX improvements and new features based on user feedback.
- Work across backend and frontend layers to ensure seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand issues, prioritize improvements, and deliver practical solutions.
- Help onboard new users by maintaining platform stability and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous code quality, usability, and performance enhancements.
