Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, Field Service, and Community portal.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, APEX, and Visual Force.
- Deep understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines.
- Experience designing/developing integrations using Force.com API.
- Experience in data analysis, migrations, mapping, and loading.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
- Experience in a client-facing role interacting with business leaders.
- Ability to work in an offshore development model.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical owner of Sales, Service, and Field Service Lightning applications.
- Lead technical requirements gathering, design, and documentation.
- Design solutions using Force.com API, APEX, and Visual Force.
- Manage execution of test plans to ensure quality delivery.
- Analyze, configure, and support Salesforce.com and cloud applications.
- Develop integration interfaces using agile methodology.
- Perform technical transition and handover upon project completion.
- Develop and deliver training for new features and applications.
- Balance new tool design with SDLC management and support overhead.
