Responsibilities
- Handle calls on demand and render the meaning of conversations between Zyphe and English speakers.
- Respond to interpreting sessions promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols.
- Speak clearly using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions.
- Remain calm and professional during stressful or emergency situations.
- Follow client instructions and maintain confidentiality while ensuring compliance with service standards.
