Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law
- 7 - 10 years of litigation or dispute resolution experience
- Strong analytical and legal research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of civil procedure, rules of evidence, and local court rules
- Proficiency in e-discovery platforms and litigation support software
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Practical knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Handle commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with local counsel
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and internal clients
- Maintain case management systems and litigation calendars
