Requirements
- Have 7+ years of litigation or dispute resolution experience in a law firm or in-house in IT or fintech.
- Hold a law degree and have active admission to practice.
- Be fluent in written and spoken Russian and English.
- Have strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules.
- Have experience with e-discovery and legal databases.
- Have experience with Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs.
- Bring legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK Common Law, commercial litigation, and ADR experience are nice to have.
- A UK Law Solicitor qualification is an advantage, or willingness to obtain it. Flexibility for extended hours and willingness to travel are also noted as nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions, including the UAE, UK, EU, and Hong Kong.
- Handle cases end-to-end, including legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
- Coordinate with local counsel.
- Develop litigation strategies and prepare legal memoranda.
- Maintain case documentation and knowledge bases.
