Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognised law school.
- Valid license to practice law.
- 7-10 years of hands-on litigation or dispute resolution experience.
- Exceptional analytical and legal research abilities.
- Strong command of legal databases.
- Deep understanding of civil procedure, evidence rules, and court protocols.
- Proficiency in e-discovery tools and litigation support software.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs.
- Experience in commercial litigation.
- Familiarity with ADR methods (mediation, arbitration).
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee significant multi-jurisdictional disputes (commercial litigation, international arbitration, financial recovery).
- Prepare and submit legal filings (pleadings, motions) across key jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK).
- Oversee all stages of litigation from discovery and depositions to trial preparation.
- Coordinate with local legal advisors to ensure seamless case execution.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to shape strategic case approaches.
- Manage e-discovery processes and conduct comprehensive document reviews.
- Support settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) initiatives.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses and cross-functional teams.
- Develop litigation strategies and contribute to the evolution of best practices.
