Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, API Gateway).
- 1–2+ years of experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience defining conversational flows, agent routing, and conditional decisioning.
- Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Consultative mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the end-to-end architecture of conversational AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Architect complex conversational journeys including intent classification and multi-step dialogue flows.
- Define scalable and secure cloud architectures on GCP using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and GKE.
- Establish and enforce safety guardrails, input/output controls, and fallback mechanisms.
- Implement observability and evaluation strategies for AI systems.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between engineering teams and clients.
- Guide development teams on best practices for building and deploying generative AI solutions.
