Oversee end-to-end technical implementation processes across multiple product lines and client portfolios.
Supervise other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas.
Build and develop a high-performing technical services organization through talent acquisition and leadership development.
Align operational resources and objectives with business priorities for product innovation.
Sponsor innovation by advancing automation and AI adoption to enhance service delivery.
Coordinate and lead the data loading, implementation, and training across all product and service lines.
Utilize SQL and other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data from various HIS systems.
Identify, report, and document software defects while offering suggested solutions.
Maintain baseline data specifications for HL7, data extract, and API data exchange methods.
