Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5-10 years of formal leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design.
- Proficiency with SQL server or equivalent to query large data sets.
- Ability to create technical process flows and manage database tables.
- Advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements.
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and creating new methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, maintenance teams, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end technical implementation processes across multiple product lines and client portfolios.
- Supervise other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas.
- Build and develop a high-performing technical services organization through talent acquisition and leadership development.
- Align operational resources and objectives with business priorities for product innovation.
- Sponsor innovation by advancing automation and AI adoption to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate and lead the data loading, implementation, and training across all product and service lines.
- Utilize SQL and other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data from various HIS systems.
- Identify, report, and document software defects while offering suggested solutions.
- Maintain baseline data specifications for HL7, data extract, and API data exchange methods.
