Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in formal leadership roles within technical implementation, healthcare IT, or enterprise software environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in data integration, systems implementation, and workflow design within complex enterprise environments.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing and validating large datasets across multiple systems.
- Proven experience working with healthcare data standards such as HL7, APIs, and structured data exchange formats.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple large-scale client implementations simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience in process improvement, automation initiatives, and modern technology adoption, including AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with occasional travel to client or corporate sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation processes across multiple product lines and client portfolios, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable delivery.
- Oversee client onboarding activities including data loading, system configuration, integration, and training across healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
- Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business priorities, focusing on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, maintenance, and client teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful deployments.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to validate, test, and troubleshoot large healthcare datasets from multiple HIS and enterprise systems.
- Drive standardization of implementation frameworks, documentation, and best practices, including data exchange methods (HL7, APIs, extracts).
- Lead, mentor, and develop implementation and support teams, ensuring strong performance, succession planning, and organizational growth.
- Identify, document, and support resolution of software defects while contributing to product and process enhancements.
- Champion the adoption of automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery quality.
