Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production.
- 2+ years of experience with modern frontend languages or frameworks.
- Demonstrable AI fluency with 1+ year of daily professional AI tool integration.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and database modeling.
- Experience writing clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
- 2+ years in product-driven engineering environments.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-moving, evolving team environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust full stack features across backend and frontend layers.
- Work primarily with Ruby on Rails, with consideration for Python, Rust, or Go experience.
- Build and maintain frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Actively use AI tools for code generation, review, and problem-solving.
- Bring a product mindset to technical decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical standards.
- Address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
- Drive decisions forward with high autonomy.
