Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a top performer in B2C Sales, Door-To-Door Sales, High-Ticket Sales, or Conflict Resolution
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, CRM software, DocuSign, and Adobe PDF
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Completion of Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments
- Clean background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Nurture strong client relationships and provide outstanding referral worthy service
- Ensure swift responses to all leads and inquiries within 3 minutes or less
- Conduct discovery calls with new seller leads to build rapport and pre-screen sellers
- Follow proven sales process to negotiate discounted purchases of off-market properties
- Prepare contracts and letters of intent to facilitate sales transactions
- Conduct regular follow-up calls, text messages, and emails to all leads
- Maintain comprehensive records of all lead interactions in CRM
- Deliver daily updates for KPI reporting
