- Extensive experience in Manual Testing
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Knowledge of STLC and testing methodologies
- API validation experience with Postman
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Experience with D365 Portal testing
Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing within Dynamics 365 CRM environment
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing
- Manage defect tracking and bug reporting
- Validate APIs utilizing Postman
- Collaborate within Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Engage in client communication and interaction
- Conduct D365 Portal testing
