Requirements

- 3-5 years experience within financial services
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work over various time zones
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as single point of contact post-closing
- Oversee and monitor post-closing distribution releases of cash and shares
- Review transactional agreements and legal contracts to determine obligations
- Coordinate with internal teams to create accurate distribution waterfalls
- Review or draft transactional instructions and compliance documentation
- Perform due diligence on post-closing M&A activities
- Communicate status updates to external parties including C-suite and legal counsel
- Serve as primary contact for release inquiries and contract interpretation
- Facilitate problem resolution and project execution
