Requirements
- +5 years in Sales Engineering roles, selling within SaaS
- Hands-on experience with modern Front-end technologies such as NextJS, HTML, Vue, Angular, and/or React
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integrations
- Experience running POCs and product demos end-to-end
- Experience with headless CMS, DXP, or adjacent martech (CDP, personalization platforms)
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Docker, and CSS frameworks
- Experience selling into regulated industries — Financial Services, Healthcare, Telco, or Government
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, prospects, and partners
- Bridge the gap between product technical intricacies and organizational requirements
- Lead the evaluation process from start to finish
- Conduct POCs and product demos
- Secure the technical win
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Work with partners in both partner-led and partner-supported sales motions
