Requirements
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred)
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with or connection to Guatemalan or Mayan communities (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina
- Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide
- Participate in weekly 1:1 supervision
- Participate in group supervision
- Engage in case consultations
