Requirements
- 6-7+ years operating production Linux systems in mixed-environment fleets
- Deep practical networking skills including DNS, routing, and layer 2/3 reasoning
- Experience with edge or IoT device fleets like Jetson or Raspberry Pi
- Daily fluent use of AI coding tools and agents
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
- English working proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with remote/distributed site operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Ansible (preferred)
- Knowledge of GCP networking including VPCs and Cloud VPN (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot site networks across yard footprint
- Maintain VPN tunnels, firewall rules, and segmentation
- Operate edge fleet including NVIDIA Jetsons and Ubuntu compute nodes
- Own remote management, drift detection, OS patching, and secure baselines
- Lead Windows-to-Linux migration and build provisioning automation
- Develop AI agents and scripts to automate repetitive ops work
- Strengthen observability for sites
- Contribute to internal IT bot for routine requests
