Requirements

- Track record of shipping features that moved metrics
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Foundational expertise in ranking, recommendation systems, NLP, or LLMs
- Experience with LLM evaluation, RAG, and tool use
- Knowledge of experiment design and practical statistics
- Advanced degree in ML, CS, or statistics preferred
- Experience with production ML lifecycles
Responsibilities
- Frame fuzzy product problems as ML problems
- Run end-to-end ML lifecycle: data exploration, offline evaluation, prototyping, online experiment
- Ship models to production in collaboration with engineering
- Develop LLM-powered features for HostCopilot and Pal-facing surfaces
- Build and maintain agentic systems
- Partner with product and growth teams to drive marketplace impact
- Set the bar for ML rigor, experiment design, and documentation
