Requirements
- 7+ years in commercial sales & business development in space/aerospace.
- Existing commercial network in the European space or aerospace ecosystem.
- Track record of closing deals with actual signed contracts.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Sharp commercial instincts to qualify leads and structure creative deals.
- Technical fluency in space systems or satellite technology.
- Strong proposal and negotiation experience with pricing and contract structures.
- Bilingual: fluency in English and one or more European languages.
- Based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and own the full commercial sales cycle across Europe.
- Prospect and develop business with commercial satellite operators, emerging space companies, defense primes, and technology integrators.
- Build and manage a healthy, high-quality pipeline.
- Engage with customers early to position the company before RFPs.
- Lead commercial proposals and bid responses, coordinating across teams.
- Negotiate contracts including pricing, terms, and deal structure.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Bring market intelligence back into the business.
