Requirements

  • 7+ years in commercial sales & business development in space/aerospace.
  • Existing commercial network in the European space or aerospace ecosystem.
  • Track record of closing deals with actual signed contracts.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Sharp commercial instincts to qualify leads and structure creative deals.
  • Technical fluency in space systems or satellite technology.
  • Strong proposal and negotiation experience with pricing and contract structures.
  • Bilingual: fluency in English and one or more European languages.
  • Based in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and own the full commercial sales cycle across Europe.
  • Prospect and develop business with commercial satellite operators, emerging space companies, defense primes, and technology integrators.
  • Build and manage a healthy, high-quality pipeline.
  • Engage with customers early to position the company before RFPs.
  • Lead commercial proposals and bid responses, coordinating across teams.
  • Negotiate contracts including pricing, terms, and deal structure.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Bring market intelligence back into the business.
