- Introduce monitoring, alerting, and documentation standards.
- Mentor data engineers through technical reviews and development planning.
- Launch Data Governance & Accessibility program with production-ready pipelines.
- Establish company-wide standards for data ownership and lineage tracking.
- Create a high-performing engineering culture centered on operational discipline.
