Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Arts, Video Production, E-Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, video production, or digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other design applications.
- Experience creating videos, animations, and interactive content from concept or storyboard to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to team capability development.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, audio elements, and interactive materials based on customer and project requirements.
- Develop visual assets for presentations, web-based training, websites, and print materials, ensuring high-quality design and consistency.
- Produce and edit videos from storyboards or enhance existing video content to meet evolving needs and standards.
- Collaborate directly with customers, project leads, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of emerging multimedia tools, trends, and technologies to enhance creative output and production quality.
- Support project communication by providing updates, resolving design-related questions, and addressing production challenges.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development through guidance and best practices.
