Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization
- Experience working across accessibility, content design, engineering, product design, product management, and user experience research
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience presenting to Director and VP-level senior leadership
- Track record of partnering with internal business groups, external agencies, and executive stakeholders
- Ability to delegate tasks, perform resource management, capacity tracking, and risk mitigation
- Experience with communication, workflow, and creative asset management systems (e.g., Jira, Figma, Teams)
- Experience managing programs and Scrum teams in Agile environments
Responsibilities
- Proactively examines, experiments, and measures improvements to design operational model, processes, and ways of working.
- Collaborates with and influences product design leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Leads change, deals with ambiguity, and drives operational process improvements from inception to delivery.
- Develops and implements structured communications plans for programs.
- Oversees and manages program status and health, mitigating risks and removing barriers.
- Assesses changes in scope and impact to budget and timeline.
- Provides status reports and timelines to cross-functional leadership teams.
- Defines and measures the impact of programs qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Facilitates collaboration and continuous improvement of processes across cross-functional teams.
- Evaluates and implements industry-best tools for global collaboration.
