Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Network Deployment project coordinator or project management experience.
- 2+ years of overall project support experience.
- 1+ years of experience in procurement and task delivery for complex or large volume projects.
- Solid working knowledge of networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management for Network Deployment initiatives from planning to closure.
- Execute small to midsize project workstreams with PM oversight.
- Track project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project plans and schedules using Jira and internal tools.
- Handle procurement and logistics for equipment, materials, and services.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and financial documentation.
- Support site deployment planning, including surveys and hardware staging.
- Conduct project closure activities, including handover documentation and post-project reviews.
