Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP, SOQL).
- 3+ years of Genesys Cloud CX implementation or integration experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership on CX and Salesforce projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (Platform Events, CDC, External Services).
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI and Genesys Agent Copilot.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or higher.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of Salesforce and Genesys Cloud CX integrations.
- Define and govern integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Configure and optimize CX Cloud embedded softphone and real-time data synchronization.
- Architect and review Genesys Cloud Architect flows for various channels.
- Implement AI-driven external and predictive routing using Salesforce Einstein and Genesys Agent Copilot.
- Enable native digital channels within Salesforce Omni-Channel via Genesys.
- Provide technical leadership in client discovery and solution design.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
- Ensure design-time compliance for PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR.
