Requirements
- Min. 6-8+ years of experience in Java (Spring) and production system development
- Solid, hands-on experience with React (min. 2 years)
- Proficiency in RxJS and reactive programming
- Experience with complex microservice architectures
- Experience with event-driven systems (real-time processing, large scale)
- Practical application of TDD/BDD in projects
- Ability to take full ownership for end-to-end delivery
- Experience working with demanding business environments and presenting to C-level stakeholders
- High level of independence and decision-making skills
- Very good English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop fullstack systems (Java + React)
- Build and develop microservice and event-driven architectures
- Deliver functionality end-to-end (design, development, delivery)
- Work in an XP model (remote pair programming)
- Maintain highest standards of code and test quality
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and present solutions
