Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in application configuration, security administration, and reporting.
- Experience in low-code or CRM platform support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organization skills.
- Dynamics 365 administration and configuration proficiency.
- Experience with Power Automate and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to partner with business users to define process needs.
- Ability to work with technical resources on system design and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Dynamics 365 user base including setup, access, and role assignments.
- Support Dynamics 365 operations during CST time zone coverage.
- Perform application configuration changes including cloud flows, JavaScript updates, and business rules.
- Execute production deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain sandbox environments aligned with production.
- Support incident resolution and enhancement requests.
- Report on Dynamics data including users, contracts, leads, and opportunities.
- Partner with business and technical teams to implement system changes.
- Create and maintain system and configuration documentation and training materials.
- Facilitate testing activities including unit, validation, and business acceptance testing.
