Requirements
- Deep understanding of Java at the JVM level.
- Experience with Spring Boot or similar dependency injection frameworks.
- Confidence in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience with API design, versioning, and idempotency.
- Systems thinking ability regarding failure modes, retries, and consistency.
- Experience building systems handling real load.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design.
- Optional: .NET/C# experience.
- Optional: GCP experience (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, Vertex AI).
- Optional: Knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop integration layer ingesting structured data from Snowflake, BigQuery, and SQL databases.
- Build a Snowflake-to-BigQuery bridge using ODBC.
- Create a webhook-triggered survey automation engine.
- Design and maintain REST APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
- Develop event-driven microservices on GCP Pub/Sub and Kafka.
- Implement security, SSO, and complex access control systems.
