Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, technical lead, or senior engineer building production systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and/or Java.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and cloud-based distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features and agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI model platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in a MarTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing application environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Braze, or Bluecore.
- 2+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for key Marketing Technology initiatives, providing architectural guidance and hands-on expertise across web, mobile, and in-store platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack systems that power marketing campaigns, retail media, and personalization platforms.
- Architect and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for software development acceleration and business process automation.
- Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into reliable, impactful technical solutions.
- Champion and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across the team.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
