Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView.
- Experience with back-end development, specifically RESTful APIs.
- Experience managing databases using PostgreSQL.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing.
- Strong communication skills for asynchronous and synchronous collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, agile environment.
- Growth mindset and willingness to engage in lifelong learning.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud (nice to have).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku (nice to have).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement intuitive UI/UX.
- Implement responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Manage databases using PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
- Maintain high code quality standards through testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Manage the full development life cycle, from feature design to deployment.
- Participate in pair programming and technical design of new features.
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members.
