Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or healthcare.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in event management, webinars, or field marketing execution.
- Fluent written and spoken Norwegian.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (web content, email campaigns).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven mindset with ability to operate independently.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, or webinar tools (a plus).
- Familiarity with healthcare or vertical SaaS (an advantage).
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market, including webinars, events, partnerships, and field marketing activities.
- Support the visibility and growth of key products through localized campaigns and targeted communications.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of webinars and physical or virtual events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and optimize local web content such as landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific materials.
- Deliver clear and effective customer and prospect communications supporting product launches, feature adoption, and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, support, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.
- Adapt and localize global marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and conversion.
