Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience working with clients in Australia
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident on the phone with both clients and candidates
- Organised, thorough and highly detail-oriented
- Proactive and motivated to achieve results
- Experience recruiting within healthcare (Allied Health or Medical Doctor) is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients across Australia
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls
- Write job advertisements and candidate profiles
- Manage vacancies and recruitment campaigns
- Keep candidate and client records accurate and up to date
- Maintain spreadsheets, CRM (Bullhorn) and other recruitment systems
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
